You Were Called to Lead—
Not to Stand Alone

If you're carrying the weight of ministry in isolation, struggling without support, or watching your calling suffer from lack of resources—this message is for you.

Limited positions available

The Hidden Struggle of Independent Ministry

Isolation

Leading alone, with no one who truly understands the burden you carry. No peers to call when you're facing difficult decisions or spiritual warfare.

Limited Resources

Watching your ministry plateau because you lack access to training, mentorship, and the institutional support that larger denominations provide.

Lack of Credibility

Struggling to gain recognition and legitimacy in your community because you're not affiliated with an established church body.

"I felt like I was building God's kingdom with one hand tied behind my back. I had the calling, but not the covering."

— Bishop Jerome C.

Every Day You Wait, Your Ministry Suffers

While you're struggling alone, your congregation misses out on the full potential of your calling. Your family bears the weight of your isolation. Your spiritual gifts remain underutilized because you lack the network and resources to maximize your impact.

The truth is, God never intended for you to minister in isolation. The early church thrived through apostolic connection, shared resources, and mutual accountability. Why should your ministry be any different?

Welcome to the Caribbean Apostolic Church

A covenant community of clergy who refuse to minister alone. We provide the apostolic covering, resources, and brotherhood that independent ministers desperately need—without compromising your autonomy or demanding financial tribute.

Apostolic Covering & Community

Join a network of seasoned clergy across the Caribbean who understand your challenges. Access mentorship, accountability, and the spiritual covering that brings legitimacy and protection to your ministry.

Training & Resources

Access continuing education, theological resources, ministry tools, and professional development opportunities typically reserved for denominational clergy.

Credentialing & Recognition

Receive official recognition and credentials from an established apostolic body, giving you the institutional backing needed for hospital chaplaincy, prison ministry, and community leadership.

Regional & Global Connection

Connect with ministries across the Caribbean and beyond. Participate in regional conferences, collaborative missions, and kingdom-building initiatives that amplify your local impact.

Important: Read Carefully

This Community Is NOT for Everyone

Before you apply, understand that we are building a covenant community—not a loose network of independent operators. If you're looking for the following, we are not the right fit:

Isolationists

If you prefer to minister in complete isolation without meaningful connection, accountability, or fellowship with other clergy, this is not for you.

Doctrinal Freelancers

We embrace cultural diversity within orthodox Christianity, but we are not a home for those who reject apostolic order, sound doctrine, or church/biblical authority.

Autonomy Seekers

If you want the benefits of affiliation without any spiritual accountability, mutual submission, or commitment to community, we cannot serve you.

We are looking for clergy who understand that true apostolic ministry requires connection, not independence. We seek leaders who value spiritual covering, embrace accountability, and are willing to participate in authentic Christian community—even when it's uncomfortable.

"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17

We're looking for serious clergy who are committed to excellence in ministry, hungry for growth, and willing to participate in authentic community. If that describes you, we want to hear your story.

We're Seeking Clergy Who:

  • Are currently in active ministry or have a clear calling to pastoral leadership
  • Value apostolic order and spiritual accountability
  • Are committed to sound doctrine within orthodox Christianity
  • Desire to grow, learn, and contribute to a wider kingdom community
  • Are based in or minister to Caribbean communities

If this resonates with you, we invite you to submit your application below. Our leadership team will personally review each submission and reach out to qualified candidates for a conversation.
